Gym time!

It's the start of the new year and as it goes the new resolutions must begin! Exercising brings many beneficial outcomes, not only in physical terms but specifically to our mental health. It is widely proved that physical exercise reduces Anxiety, Depression, Arthritis, and low moods in tandem with the improve of cognitive functions, better sleep patterns while increasing social interactions. By being physically active it shows the ability to fend off those feelings of discomfort, exercise also increase the ability to accomplish a task thus increasing the self-efficacy in ourselves, self-confidence, and an overall feel-good sense of being. Whichever is Yoga, Pilates, Swimming, Boxing or Zumba, whatever is your fancy take yourself to the Gym and start a with a good workout! Now, where did I put those boxing gloves?
