Research shows that playing tennis is beneficial to our physical fitness, improve strength and cognitive skills, cardiovascular benefits are also listed that improves our longevity in the long run. Physical being and mental health are linked, the Latins used to say Mens Sana in Corpore Sano and they were not wrong at all! Playing tennis offers a good match (no pun intended!) of heart and lung fitness, combined with physical balance, and strength alongside the social benefits.
Us human beings are a social specie, to combine a good physical work out with the social aspect it promotes the whole well being, it keeps stress at bay
so aside the strawberry and cream available in between games lets get hold of that tennis racket, clad yourself in comfortable tennis gear and start whacking those balls across the court and over the net, lets start that cardio going and enjoy a good game, no competition is need it, have a good work out and enjoy a bowl of strawberry to congratulate yourself!
