Each relationship nurtures a strength or weakness within you.

I found this quote while browsing for my next blog, and here it was flashing out before my eyes. Talking about relationship conflicts, expectations, desires, communication (or not), our interpersonal connections with our fellow humans are constellate with own personal innate contributions within those dynamics, but do they really nurture a strength and or a weakness within ourselves?
Relationships are at their best of times an entwining, a maze of many emotions and thoughts, to say they also encasing those nurturing personal skills and experiences its a statement I find it a bit controversial.
I personally think our own experiences, those childhood connections with our main carer, and consequential life choices make us unique in building strength as well as those weaknesses that are also part of the life path we walked on. The combine of those elements have and keep shaping our inner beings. What are your thoughts?
