At first this mini blog of mine sounds on the verge of being self centered but then so be it why not?! To be compassionate to yourself to allow those thoughts to be accepted in your own rights to be acknowledged and your needs to be met. Overall is your self worth.
The very society we live in is fattening by profiting from your self doubts, vulnerability, stress, trepidation, anxiety, depression. To be assertive establish and maintain your boundaries, liking and accepting YOURSELF for who you are and what you do is an act of rebelliousness.
Be a rebel, be you, be yourself.
